Classic Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocadoes, pitted
  • ½ White onion
  • ½ Jalapeno, deseed jalapeno for less spice
  • ½ Lime zest
  • 2 tsp./10mL Lime juice
  • ½ tsp. Salt

Directions

Combine and minx

  1. Place avocado, onion and jalapeno into base of Supersonic Chopper Compact fitted with blade attachment. Cover and pull cord until smooth, stir half way.

Process remaining ingredients

  1. Remove cover and place remaining ingredients. Cover again and pull cord until fully combined.

    2. Serve

    1. Serve with tortillas.
