- 2 15-oz./425 g cans Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Onion powder
- ½ tsp. Black pepper
- 2 tsp. Salt
Prep the chickpeas
- Drain chickpeas and place in Thatsa medium bowl. Add olive oil, spices and toss to coat.
Cook and serve
- Place chickpeas in base of MicroPro Grill and cover in grill position. Microwave on high power 10 minutes.
- If further crispiness is desired, at the end of the 10 minutes, uncover and stir, then microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice, salad or as a snack.
