Dijon Roasted Cauliflower

¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black pepper
- 1 head (about 4 cups) Cauliflower florets
Preheat oven to 400° F / 200 ° C. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim over metal baking sheet and set aside.
Prep the ingredients
In Thatsa Medium Bowl combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Mix until well combined. Add in cauliflower and toss to coat.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm or chilled.
