Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 15-25. oz can black beans, drained
- Juice of 1 lime
- to taste Salt and pepper
1/4 red onion
Directions
Chop veggies
- In base of Power Chef fitted with blade attachment, add onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Replace cover and pull cord until finely chopped.
Combine and serve
- Transfer veggies to small bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix to combine and serve with chips or as a topping.
