- 2 unsliced bagels
- 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. everything but the bagel seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
- Slice bagels thinly into coins or ovals, about 1/8- inch thick. Transfer to medium bowl, add olive oil, seasonings and toss to coat.
- Place in Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim in an even layer and bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve as is or with dip of choice.
