Chickpea & Almond Salad

Ingredients
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, rinsed & chopped
- 1 ¾ cup chickpeas
- 3 tbsp. goat cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼ cup pickled shallots
Directions
- Mix and serve
- Add all ingredients to large bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
