Chickpea & Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce, rinsed & chopped
  • 1 ¾ cup chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp. goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ¼ cup pickled shallots

Directions

  1. Mix and serve
  2. Add all ingredients to large bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
