Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup instant coffee granules
  • 4 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • ¼-cup warm water
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. In base of Whip N Mix Chef, place instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Turn handle on gear I until creamy and doubled in sized, about 5 minutes.
  2. In 2-cup Micro Pitcher, mix remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine.
  3. To serve, add ice in Clearly Elegant Tumbler and a scoop of whipped coffee. Pour in ½-cup steamed pumpkin milk mixture. Stir and serve.
