UltraPro 1.6-Qt./1.5 L Round Pan with Cover

UltraPro ovenware is lighter than traditional oven containers made of ceramic, clay, glass, or cast iron, making it so much easier to handle for your daily meal preps.

This Round Pan is just the right size for one to two people. The curved base and domed cover optimize cooking with even heat distribution to reduce hot spots that can result in overcooking. 

Healthy foods are made easier with the non-stick qualities of UltraPro ovenware. No added butter or oils are needed for cooking most recipes. 

Steam release vents on the sides of the base and cover help prevent steam build-up and regulate humidity to let your food brown nicely while keeping optimal moisture.

Easy-to-use UltraPro performs equally well for simple & quick or traditional & sophisticated dishes with great results each time. Choose from several configurations for unlimited cooking possibilities​:

• Classic: Food is placed in the base with the cover domed on top​
• Reverse: The cover is used as a base while the base acts as a high dome cover.
• Bain-marie: The cover is placed under the base then filled with water for gentle cooking such as for flan or cheesecake.​
• Stack cooking: Saving time and energy by cooking two dishes at once, cover is placed upside down on the base with different food in each.

• Always preheat the oven before inserting the UltraPro because the preheating process may include the grill which could damage the UltraPro.​
• Always ensure that the pre-programmed settings of your oven do not use the grill/broil function.
• Never use under the broiler or on the stove.​
• Never use aerosol spray for non-stick because the chemicals can damage the material. Use butter and flour when needed.
• Avoid contact with heat sources by placing UltraPro Ovenware at least 2"/5cm away from the oven/microwave walls and heat sources.
• To remove from the oven, always use oven gloves and grab the UltraPro by both handles to ensure a stable grip.
• We do not recommend cooking or baking at max temperature of 482°F/250°C, or for more than 2 hours.
• Do not use in mini-ovens or halogen ovens.
• Use a soft sponge or Tupperware^® Microfiber to clean your UltraPro.

• UltraPro products can be used in steam ovens.
• Prepare and freeze foods in advance. Defrost and reheat in the microwave for a ready-made meal –all in the same container. 
• Wipe the base and cover carefully before using to remove any residue or spots.
• Should fat burn on the UltraPro while cooking at high temperatures, leaving brown patches, soak the UltraPro in 4 tablespoons of dishwasher detergent diluted in 10 pints/5 L of hot water for at least 2 hours.​
